The suite we stayed in offered a breathtaking river view that made mornings delightful. I appreciated the cozy outdoor patio for relaxing evenings. The location was convenient, just a short walk to shops and dining, yet peacefully removed from heavy foot traffic.

A troubling issue arose with customer service. it was noticeably slow and unhelpful, leading to some inconvenience during my stay.

The heated floors in my room created a cozy vibe, and the well-equipped kitchen made mornings good with fresh coffee. Plus, those inviting tubs look like a great way to unwind!

Several appliances, including the TV and coffee maker, had issues, suggesting a need for better maintenance on site.

The beautiful surroundings made for a pleasant atmosphere, and I enjoyed the home-made jams during breakfast. However, the overall value didn’t meet my expectations. the temperature control was fixed, making it uncomfortable, and a lack of amenities like an ironing board added to the inconvenience. The staff's response time when the coffee maker broke was slow, which detracted from the experience.
